Who we are

CliniVantIQ ("we", "us") operates this website at clinivantiq.com. If you have any question about this policy or about information you have shared with us, write to connect@clinivantiq.com.

Please do not send us patient information

This website is not a clinical system and is not an appropriate place for protected health information. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, records or any other patient data into our waitlist form or email it to us. If you send us information of that kind, we will delete it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we ask you for:

• your first and last name;
• your work email address;
• your organization;
• your role, if you choose to tell us; and
• anything you write in the "what would you like to solve" box.

We also record that you gave consent, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. If you email us or book a call with us instead, we hold whatever you choose to put in that message.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about CliniVantIQ ahead of and around our launch, and to arrange a conversation if you have asked for one. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our website and form handling are operated for us by Web Education Services, and email is delivered through their providers. These suppliers process your information on our instructions and only to run the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need them, whichever comes first. Ask us to delete your record and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Cookies and measurement

We use a small amount of analytics to understand how many people visit this page and which parts of it they use. Analytics cookies are switched off by default for visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland unless and until consent is given. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. Your browser settings can block cookies altogether, and this site will still work.

Our waitlist form is protected against automated abuse, which involves a check run by a third party spam prevention service on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off the list entirely. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law; tell us what you need and we will honour it.

Security

Information you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection and is held on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we ask you again not to send anything sensitive through this form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on our waitlist will be sent by email.
